香港保存了一個非常良好的傳統，我們有很多專業團體，成立了非盈利的專業協會，協助產業在香港健康發展，所有的領導都是民選出來的，他們並不收取任何薪金，只是一心為行業謀發展。這些非營利的專業團體協助政府在多個領域推動產業發展。因為是非盈利的原因，可以吸引很多有志服務社會的專業人士參與義務推動工作，亦都可以滙聚來自學術、科研、營運相關人才才，一齊參與推動產業發展。
We will establish a non-profit professional association in Hong Kong:
the Hong Kong International Aerospace Industry Development Association. Hong Kong has a strong
tradition of professional groups forming non-profit professional associations
to support healthy industry development in the city. All leaders are elected
and serve without compensation, solely dedicated to the development of their
industry. These non-profit professional groups assist the government in
promoting industry development across various fields. Due to their non-profit
nature, they attract many professionals committed to serving the society who
voluntarily contribute to the promotion efforts. These groups also bring
together talents from academia, research institutes, and operation
organizations to jointly promote industry development.
