文昌國際航天城管理局和香港國際航天產業（集團）有限公司在2024年6月29日舉行了戰略合作框架協議簽約儀式，宣佈雙方在航天產業展開戰略合作。雙方以互惠互利、共同合作、充分發揮和利用文昌國際航天城管理局在航天科技、太空衛星、衛星資料、設備生產的資源優勢, 結合香港國際航天產業（集團）有限公司以香港國際城市的影響力,在國際市場上行銷推廣，以高水準對外開放、推動雙方開展全面深入合作，搭建中國與國際航天產業發展的新橋樑；推進國際航天產業貿易一體化發展，共同打造成國內外經濟貿易發展的重要基地。
The Wenchang International
Aerospace City Authority and the Hong Kong International Aerospace Industries
(Group) Co., Ltd. held a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement signing
ceremony on June 29, 2024, announcing a strategic partnership in the aerospace
industry. Based on the principle of mutual benefit and joint development, the
two parties will leverage the resource advantages of the Wenchang International
Aerospace City Authority in aerospace technology, space satellites, satellite
data, and equipment production, combined with the influence of Hong Kong
International Aerospace Industries (Group) Co., Ltd., which is located at an
international city, for marketing and promotion on the international stage.
They aim to achieve high-level openness, promote comprehensive and in-depth
cooperation, build a new bridge for the development of Chinese and the
international aerospace industry, and advance the integrated development of
international aerospace industry and trade. Together, they aspire to build an
important base for domestic and international economic trade development.
簽約儀式在海南文昌國際航天城產業服務中心舉行，全国政协副主席梁振英先生、海南省政協主席李榮燦先生、海南省常務副省長巴特爾先生、海南省政協副主席李國梁先生、省委軍民融合辦常務副主任鄧忠先生、瓊港經濟合作發展諮詢委員會主任、中國銀行（香港）有限公司前副董事長嶽毅先生、瓊港經濟合作發展諮詢委員會委員葉澤恩先生等作為見證人，見證了簽約儀式。

at the Wenchang International Aerospace City Industrial Service Center. Witnesses included Mr. C.Y. Leung, Vice Chairman of
the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative
Conference (CPPCC); Mr. Li Rongcan, Chairman of the Hainan Provincial Committee
of the CPPCC; Mr. Bater, Executive Vice Governor of Hainan Province; Mr. Li
Guoliang, Vice Chairman of the Hainan Provincial Committee of the CPPCC; Mr.
Deng Zhong, Executive Deputy Director of the Provincial Committee of Civil
Military Integration Development Office; Mr. Yue Yi, Director of the
Hainan-Hong Kong Economic Cooperation and Development Advisory Committee and
former Vice Chairman of the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited, and Mr. Raymond
Yip, Member of the Hainan-Hong Kong Economic Cooperation and Development
Advisory Committee.
