Executive Director/ CEO
Mr. Anthony Wong has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management. Before joining the Greater Bay Area International Logistics and Supply Chain Industry Association, he had already worked in logistics, procurement, and international trade supply chain industries for 40 years. Mr. Wong holds a Bachelor's degree in Transport and Logistics Management from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia, as well as a diploma and professional membership from the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply in the UK.
Mr. Wong is one of the founders of the Hong Kong Logistics Association and served as its president from 2005 to 2008. Over the past 30 years, he has been an active volunteer in social services, serving as a member of the Hong Kong Logistics Development Council and its project team under the Hong Kong SAR Government for six years. He also served the Logistics Services Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council for eight years. Additionally, Mr. Wong served as the Vice President of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing from 2005 to 2008, actively participating in providing macro logistics development consultancy services for the country.

Chief Operating Officer / Director
Mr. Wang Meng holds undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degrees in Engineering from Peking University, Law from Jilin University, Management from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and EM Lyon Business School (France), and Economics from The University of Hong Kong. He has held mid- to senior-level management positions for an extended period at China Digital Group, China Broadcasting Network Group, and China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASIC). He currently serves as a Director of Entgroup Data Co., Ltd., and as Executive Director and President of Interstellar Digital Space Technology Co., Ltd., with primary responsibility for the operational management of businesses related to space-based energy, relay satellites, space–ground integrated computing power, and aerospace tracking, telemetry, and control (TT&C). Mr. Wang previously served as a Young Expert of the National IT Governance Standards Committee, where he led the overall system engineering design of national IT-SOM cloud computing programs.
He has represented China at global conferences of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), and has participated in the revision of multiple international standards and regulations, including ISO/IEC 20000 service management standards, ISO/IEC 27001 information security management standards, ITU-R Radio Regulations, and ITU-T standards on terrestrial network interconnection and security.

Mr. Robert Chong has 48 years of experience in the garment export industry to the European market. Mr. Chong joined the British-owned Dodwell & Co., Ltd in 1969, and the Chinese-owned Prosperity Clothing Co., Ltd. worked in the export department. In 1980, he established Melking Clothing Co., Ltd./Melrose Clothing Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong and later opened Melking Garment Factory in Chashan, Dongguan, China. Mr. Chong also invested and set up the garment import company Karo Trend Import-Export GmbH. With Mr Karstan Kochrian - former C&A Stores General Manager in Germany in 1988, and Koko International Import Limited with Mr. Gary Fisher – former Dunnes Stores Director in the UK in 1990. Melking Clothing Co., Ltd. and the group of companies are the major quota holders of the European Economic Community in Hong Kong. Meanwhile, Mr. Chong also has extensive executive experience for many years. Additionally, he was one of the top 100 customers of Hang Seng Bank in around 1987/90. In 2017, Mr. Chong joined Asia Capital Resources Development Ltd., engaging in work related to space technology materials, aerospace data storage and transfer, and microelectronic circuit board packaging.

Mr. Chen Jianpeng, General Manager of Luhai Kongjian Information Technology Company Limited , is fully responsible for the company's operations. He holds a Master's degree from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and is a Senior Engineer with over 10 years of experience at the the 5th Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. He previously served as the Deputy Director of the Task Management Office in the Research Department, Deputy Director of the Technology Research and Development Center, Deputy Director (in-charge) of the Research Laboratory, and CMO of a commercial aerospace company. He has participated in the development of Shenzhou 8 and XX-2, among other projects. He has also been involved in the model management of experimental satellites, such as YX, SJ-13, and NTY-2. As a technical leader, he completed a preliminary research project under the Twelfth Five-Year Plan and served as the project leader for the manned spaceflight guidelines in the Fourth Phase of the general equipment. He holds 8 invention patents and 1 utility model patent.

Mr. Zhu Qi, holds a Master's degree in International Economics from Saitama University in Tokyo, Japan, and an MBA from the University of South Australia.
In 1988, he worked at the China Department of Marubeni Corporation's headquarters in Japan, focusing on the development of electronic data carriers. In 1990, he joined Crestec Inc.'s headquarters in Japan, continuing his work on electronic data carrier development and storage. By 1991, he had moved to Crestec Inc.'s Hong Kong branch, specializing in the transfer and spatial encryption of electronic data carriers.
In 1997, Mr. Zhu founded Hong Kong Good Century Enterprise Co., Limited, serving as chairman and focusing on electronic data carrier compression and wireless spatial transmission. In 1999, he established Beijing Quanxing Card & Speciality Printing Co., Ltd., where he also served as chairman, concentrating on the production of precision data microcircuit boards and printing.
In 2002, he founded Asia Capital Conference & Exhibition Co., Ltd., as chairman, assisting various research institutions and universities in mainland China to participate in international aerospace technology conferences and exhibitions, thereby promoting the comprehensive development of the aerospace industry. In 2013, he founded Asia Capital Resources Development Co., Ltd., serving as chairman and engaging in space technology materials, satellite data storage and transfer, and microelectronic circuit board packaging.

Dr. Barry Mak has served as an associate professor at the School of Hotel and Tourism Management at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration at The Hong Kong Metropolitan University for over 32 years, and three years with Farrington American Express Travel. He holds a Master’s and Ph.D. from the University of Strathclyde in UK, a Bachelor’s degree from Hong Kong Baptist University, a Diploma from the International Air Transport Association, membership in the Australian Institute of Certified Management Accountants, and has been a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK. He has also served as a member of the Hong Kong Travel Authority, a council member of Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong, a member of the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal Panel in Hong Kong, the chief examiner for Travel and Tourism subject at the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority, and a director of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (Hong Kong).
