Senior Advisor
Mr. Raymond Yip, Chak-Yan is currently Vice President of the 45-year old Association of Experts for Modernization (President is the Hon. Mr. Leung Chun -Ying, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference), Deputy Director of the Guangzhou Nansha Consultative Committee on Guangdong-Hong Kong Co-operation and Member of the Hainan-Hong Kong Cooperation and Development Consultative Committee. He retired from the Hong Kong Trade Development Council as its Deputy Executive Director, having worked during his long and distinguished tenure, in its New York, Tokyo and London offices. He serves as Member of the Hong Kong Coalition - a think tank ranking in the top 1% and Director of TCM All-sector Hong Kong Centre. He was former Director of Hong Kong Association for the Advancement of Science and Technology, Vice Chairman of Dashun Foundation and Director of The Japan Society of Hong Kong. Born and raised in Hong Kong, he graduated with BBA degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in E-Business awarded by the Michigan State University. He attended the Columbia Senior Executive Program in 2003. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Directors of the UK.

Senior Advisor
Mr. Xie Weixin graduated from the Radar Engineering Department of Xidian University in 1965 and stayed on as a faculty member. From 1981 to 1983, he was a visiting scholar at the University of Pennsylvania, and from 1989 to 1990, he returned as a visiting professor. In 1987, he was directly promoted from lecturer to professor at Xidian University. In 1992, he was recognized as a State Council Special Allowance Expert, and in 1994, he was named a National Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Expert. From 1992 to 1996, he served as Vice President of Xidian University, and from 1996 to 2005, he was the President of Shenzhen University. He is currently a professor and doctoral advisor at Shenzhen University, and the Director of the ATR National Defense Technology Key Laboratory at Shenzhen University.

Mr. Sun Changyong was a senior aerospace/high-tech application engineer with 15 years of experience in aerospace international cooperation. He has extensive experience in planning, coordinating, expanding, organizing, implementing, and managing aerospace international engineering projects in BDS/GNSS, remote sensing, communication satellites, etc. The market covers the Middle East and North Africa, South Asia, ASEAN and other countries and regions. Mr. Sun has abundant new productivity industry resources such as commercial aerospace, low-altitude economy, green and low-carbon, high-end equipment, and digital economy.
Mr. Sun has experience in global bilateral and multilateral international cooperation, such as China-Russia, China-Europe, China-Arab States, etc., and has accumulated rich industry-university-research experience and collaboration resources with governments, industries, associations, enterprises, universities in the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
Mr. Sun holds a Master Degree of engineering, communications and information systems in the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.

Mr. Chen Jianpeng, General Manager of Luhai Kongjian Information Technology Company Limited , is fully responsible for the company's operations. He holds a Master's degree from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and is a Senior Engineer with over 10 years of experience at the the 5th Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. He previously served as the Deputy Director of the Task Management Office in the Research Department, Deputy Director of the Technology Research and Development Center, Deputy Director (in-charge) of the Research Laboratory, and CMO of a commercial aerospace company. He has participated in the development of Shenzhou 8 and XX-2, among other projects. He has also been involved in the model management of experimental satellites, such as YX, SJ-13, and NTY-2. As a technical leader, he completed a preliminary research project under the Twelfth Five-Year Plan and served as the project leader for the manned spaceflight guidelines in the Fourth Phase of the general equipment. He holds 8 invention patents and 1 utility model patent.
